Junkin Enterprises LLC's Technology Services Group is the IS department for the business not large enough to have an in-house IS department, specializing in help desk services, technology administration and consulting services.  Junkin Technology Services Group is your knowledgeable technical representative whether evaluating vendor solutions, refining your business’s use of technology or troubleshooting technical issues.  The following services can be obtained either on a straight hourly basis or can be secured with a Technology Maintenance Agreement that allows your business to better budget your expenses.

 

  • Help desk services - Provide help desk services to assist individuals through immediate problems with their hardware, software, printers, error messages, etc. via phone support and remote control desktop access.  

 

  • Technology administration – Administer servers, monitor the network, perform hardware maintenance, oversee and perform software maintenance and upgrades, administer users, e-mail, and passwords; manage virus protection and firewall; set up and manage disaster recovery.  Provide a long term technology plan to best utilize current resources.

 

  • Consulting services - Investigate options available and make recommendations for current situations as well as tomorrow’s business needs in all areas of technology including software packages, phones, copiers, fax solutions, imaging, and paperless office solutions.  Apply currently available technology to streamline business processes.
